WHAT AGES/GRADES ARE ABLE TO ATTEND CAMP?
Kids Camp JR. is for students who are currently in JK – grade 2. (born 2015-2018) and Kids Camp is for students currently in grade 3 – grade 5 (born in 2012-2014)
WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF CAMP?
Regular camp hours are 9:00-4:00. Campers can sign-in from 8:45-9:30 a.m. and sign-out from 4:00 – 4:15 p.m. If you need extra time, our early care opens at 7:45 – 8:30 a.m. and our late care sign-out from 4:15 – 5:00 p.m. (Extended Care is $25/week for each child)
WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD BRING TO CAMP?
Along with wearing comfy clothes, a hat and running shoes, your child should also have a backpack with these essentials all labelled with their name: sunscreen, a hearty lunch, at least two snacks, a refillable water bottle, and at least 1 clean face mask (if choosing to wear). Campers should not bring electronics or money to camp, we also discourage bringing toys and supplies from home, unless for a specific purpose, we have a variety of games, toys and supplies for children to use each day and Newlife Kids cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen valuables.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
You may cancel a week of Day Camp as long as you cancel by June 1, 2023. If you do cancel, the $25 deposit will not be returned as they are non-refundable and non-transferrable. We hire staff based on the number of campers signed up for each week.

IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR REGISTERING MULTIPLE CHILDREN?
There is not a discount for registering multiple children. We try to make camp as affordable as possible so we’ve made each week as inexpensive as we can without sacrificing a good staff to camper ratio and quality program.
WAITING LISTS
Do you have a waiting list if there are no spots for a week? Yes, if a week is full, there is a waiting list option. You do not need to pay any fees to be added to the waitlist.

HOW DO PIZZA FRIDAYS WORK?
On Mondays at 4 p.m. until Thursday at 9:30 a.m. of each week you may sign-up for pizza, the cost is $5/child for each week and includes 2 slices of cheese or Pepperoni Pizza, a juice box and a bag of chips. Pizza is cash only and you may sign-up for multiple weeks at once.
I’M NOT SURE ABOUT THE DATES YET. CAN I JUST SEND YOU THE DEPOSIT TO COVER THEIR SPOT?
You may register your child and pay only the deposit fee. This will secure their spot. Just know that only paying the weekly deposit of $25 will secure their spot for only that particular week. Deposits are non-refundable.
